"Some examples of Deb's responsiveness include her driving to and linking us via video home that had just come on the market but that we weren't able to get to immediately. This home was one of the homes that was similar to what we thought we were looking for but didn't appear to be a close enough match our vision of our dream house for us to seriously consider it based on the listing. After seeing the house via video - we were intrigued. We ultimately looked at the house - twice - and fell in love with it. We happily live there now. "When we listed our previous home Deb found excellent people to help us deep clean and stage our house. While the deep cleaners did a wonderful job - they did leave our dining room drapes very wrinkled at the bottom from tying them up while cleaning the floors. Deb was at our house (30 minutes from her neighborhood) early the next morning with a steamer to make sure the curtains (and everything else) was in perfect shape for the realtors' open house she had organized for that day. "We met Deb randomly at an open house near the end of 2023. We started our home search somewhat casually and in the process, probably met 25-30 realtors at open houses. She stood out to us as someone who was kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy. A common frustration we ran into when meeting realtors was the notion that we needed to move quickly (eg. interest rates are going to be changing, this house has lots of interest, things move very quickly in this area, etc.) While these factors can be true, we wanted to approach our home search differently since we weren't on an aggressive timeline and Deb was really patient/supportive of this."
